After years of training on my own, I stopped working out because of some joint issues and imbalances that I developed over the years. I was struggling to get over that hump and come up with a routine that is sustainable longer term. It was at that point I started training with Manuel. His experience across physical therapy and personal training allowed him to quickly understand my weaknesses and develop routines tailored to me. Manuel has been instrumental in teaching me proper techniques, improving my joint health and building back my strength and conditioning.

Manuel is a knowledgeable, attentive and caring trainer. He is focused and engaged in every session, working closely with me to ensure that I maximize every rep safely. Practicing safe and proper techniques has been a focus of mine, and Manuel has earned my trust with how patiently and diligently he worked with me to improve on my weaknesses. He has extensive knowledge of the musculoskeletal system; anytime I'm hurting or sore, he knows the exact stretches or movements that could help. His experience in physical therapy is also evident when he helps me with stretching. Additionally, he has a wide knowledge base of different routines, movements and training that allows him to develop unique and innovatives routines to maximize every session. He has been genuinely focused on helping me get stronger from day one.
