Robert holds two master's degrees—one in Clinical Nutrition from NYU and another in Criminal Justice from NJCU. This unique combination gives him a powerful perspective, allowing him to not only understand the science behind your body's needs but also the behavioral and emotional aspects that so often get in the way of our goals. As a certified personal trainer through both the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and the National Personal Training Institute (NPTI), Robert is committed to staying at the forefront of the fitness industry.
