Classes are to be reserved for groups of two to 6, either physically or virtually. Classes need to be booked seven days ahead. Schedule your group class for a fun event or for a great way to challenge yourself and your group! Shake it up today!
FREE INTRO CLASS
This is a first time offer. Limit one per customer.
Can be used anytime, at any specific location.
SMALL GROUP 8-PACK
Combines mobility and total boy conditioning, utilizing kettlebells, bodyweight and strength training. Be prepared to get pushed beyond peak levels.
2 days a week for four weeks.
SMALL GROUP 12-PACK
Same class format as the 8-pack with an added day. 3 days a week for four weeks. This will improve your results for your fitness goals.
SMALL GROUP 16-PACK
Add a fourth day for a hardcore approach with the best results you should expect.
